A home exercise is a series of exercises that you can do from the comfort of your house  to maintain strength and increase therapeutic gains. Home exercises are designed to be practical, accessible and feasible so that anyone can do it at home.

Best of all is a combination of Zumba, Yoga, Meditation and exercises. It also includes the diet plan depending the need of the body and individual.
